Step 2: After downloading this file, unzip the zipped folder and Run the encircled file in the below shown screenshot i.e. AddWindowsDefenderToContextMenu
Step 3: It will open User Account Control. Click on yes there and soon after you can see scan with windows defender in the context menu.

Step 4: You can remove this anytime by double clicking on the Remove option present along with the Add file in the extracted folder.
