Gmail is the largest used email service all over the world. Almost all the people have one gmail account. It helps us in sending our files so easily and conveniently. Sometimes, you might feel that there should be some feature of scheduling posts. Scheduling posts is very helpful in case if you are working on some project and it has some deadline. You do the modification each time in the files attached to it. If you even forgot to send the file, it would automatically reach to the other side at the scheduled time with the latest modification. 

Boomerang is a new app which takes care of this scheduling of posts. It takes the complete control over the sending as well as receiving messages. It will help you in controlling over the sending of any posts. 

How to Schedule Your Mails in Gmail

 Follow the following steps to schedule emails on your gmail account.

Step 1: At first, visit the Boomerang website and click on "Add this to your gmail" icon.

Step 2: When You click on the above icon, it will ask for your gmail id and password if you are not logged in, otherwise it will ask to add it on your opened gmail id and after clicking on "Add", it will automatically added to the extension of your chrome.

Step 3: Now, try to compose a new email on your gmail account. Here, below the send button you can see an icon Send later. This is the new feature of this extension.

Step 4: In the above screenshot, you can see the scheduling of composed posts by you. You can schedule for starting from 1 hour to any specific day you wish to by clicking on the calendar shown in the blue encircled option.

Step 5: One another good thing is the one encircled in red color. It gives you an if condition i.e. you can select the scheduling of posts based on certain conditions and they are:
  1. no reply
  2. if not clicked
  3. if not opened
  4. regardless.
Step 6: So, click on accept option for granting third party permission to Boomerang. This way you can schedule any post and it will be delivered at that specific date and time.
