Create Multiple Desktop in Windows 10

Here, We are going to tell you on how to create multiple desktop in Windows 10 and working on them by switching in between them.

Windows 10 has come in the market with lots of interesting things like its start button combined with start screen. Similarly, it has brought the feature of adding multiple desktop on a single operating system. Multiple Desktop, the name itself is enough to explain its meaning. Isn't it excite you as you could have more than 1 desktop. Thus, You could create multiple desktop with different looks and you can switch between them whenever you wish too.

This new feature of windows lets you separate work-spaces for work and fun, without the need for an actual additional computer. Let's see how to create these multiple desktop and have fun with them.

How To Create Multiple Desktop On Single OS and Switch Between Them

Creating Multiple Desktop and switching in between them is very simple just like the way we used to switch between the tabs. Follow the below instructions and you will get how to do this.
1. At first, Go to the Taskbar and click on the Task View Button there. Task View is by default the third option from the left on the Taskbar. See in the Screenshot below:
2. Here, You can see the Task View in orange color. The moment you click on it, your screen will look like similar to the above shown screenshot. It will consists of all the software, browser opened on your OS.
3. Now, All You have to do is to click on "Add a Desktop" shown above which is encircled in red color. When you will click on this option, a new desktop will be added to your OS automatically. This is so simple that No one believes it could be that simple. A screenshot is shown below for better understanding.

4. Here in the above screenshot, you can see  that clicking on plus icon (encircled in green color), You can multiple number of desktop. To Switch in between the desktop, you just need to click on the Task View (encircled in blue icon in the above figure).
5. A Rectangle has been made in red color to show you that you can see the total number of desktop without actually clicking on Task View. This is it. In this way, you can create any number of desktop you want to make. This is just like opening a new tab on any Browser which is a very good thing  for us.

Multiple Desktop in a single Os is really a very exciting thing for its users. It could help them in multi-tasking by creating new desktop for different work. It allows you sufficient work-spaces to work separately on different individual projects etc. Again, Having multiple desktop doesn't require any hard and fast rule which is really a very cool thing.
